I am a pastry chef at The Hurlingham Club and recently appeared on Bake Off: The Professionals 2020 as team captain, reaching the semi finals.
I love working with fresh flavours, playing on sweet and savoury aspects in my desserts. My dishes tend to be clean tasting but full of flavour. This is why I love using Nurtured in Nofolk’s produce, especially the micro herbs and edible leaves. They always deliver on quality and help to elevate my dishes.
