Having recently returned from 5 years in the Middle East where everything is imported, when opening Docket No.33 we wanted to use as much British produce as possible and to ensure that it was at its finest and most flavourful. Nurtured in Norfolk provides exactly that – flavour packed, fresh and crisp! By using the edible leaves and micro herbs, it allows us to add a flavour to compliment and complete our dishes. as the range is so vast, there are limitless possibilities.
