With impactful flavours, Chervil micro cress can be used as a flavouring as well as a garnish. When using as a garnish, Micro Chervil is great for sprinkling atop soups, salads, potato dishes and omelettes. In addition, this micro herb is great for sautéed, roasted or grilled vegetable medleys. This micro herb can be used to enhance both hot and cold dishes. It pairs particularly well with eggs, fish, asparagus and light sauces. Process fresh Chervil with garlic, pecorino, toasted pine and olive oil into pesto and toss with hot pasta. Also known as ‘French Parsley’, this petite herb can be used as a twist on a variety of signature sauces, to provide lighter flavours.

Taste: Chervil micro cress is very closely related to Parsley and has often been called 'gourmet Parsley'. Showcasing vibrant green, crisp and succulent leaves. The flavour of Micro French Parsley cress lingers, with anise-like flavours. The aftertaste is subtle and reminiscent of mint, parsley and tarragon.
