Blooming Cosmos Sulphureus have been called ‘beds of sunshine’. With vibrant orange and yellow edible flower heads, these blooms make the perfect addition to a range of summer dishes. The edible flowers sweet flavours mean they are great for sweet courses and drinks. Try decorating large celebration cakes with these edible flowers. As well as using Cosmos flowers alone, mixing these with Tagetes and Tiny Tagete flowers will make all summer bakes pop. The edible flower petals can also be delicately pulled off. In addition, these can then be sprinkled on cakes, desserts and drinks, or even pressed and preserved. If being used on bakes for decoration, the Cosmos flowers make a great showstopper piece with their vibrant colours.

Taste: Cosmos are hardy flowers, with bright colours. Cosmos edible flowers have a delicate and sweet 'nectar' like flavour.
