Our Edible Leaves Selection Wheel offers an easy way to enhance all dishes and canapés. As it contains a variety of shapes, sizes and colours of Micro Leaves. In addition, it’s the perfect garnish for adding that something extra to grazing platters, sauces, pestos and more. Furthermore, our Leaves Selection Wheel can also be used to garnish sweet dishes and even to use in drinks and cakes. Moreover, these mixed leaves can be used alone, or with their mature herb counterparts. Each product can be used individually as a garnish, or they can be tossed together to make a flavourful micro salad. A mix composed of these little plants is a wonderful first course at a tasting dinner. Furthermore, they add a beautiful colour and delicate flavour to high-end dishes.
