Use pressed Nasturtium edible leaves to garnish and decorate savoury dishes. Pressed Nasturtium leaves work well in a variety of savoury preparations. Crush the edible leaves to mix for salt, this gives the salt a unique peppery flavour and makes for a perfect finishing salt. Even use this flavouring to make a spicy vinaigrette. In a decorative sense use these pressed edible leaves as a tin liner for homemade Quiche if you’re wanting to try something a bit different. Alternatively add nasturtium leaves to cakes for a natural decoration arrangement along side other pressed edible leaves and flowers. Our Pressed Nasturtium Leaf Mix is made up of all our Nasturtium Leaf ranges, including variegated nasturtium leaves and blue nasturtium leaves.

Taste: Nasturtium leaf is a member of the Cabbage family and resembles a lily pad. The pressed leaf has a milder flavour than the fresh leaf, which is initially sweet tasting. The flavour slowly turns mildly spicy and has an aroma like mustard or watercress.
