Use Pressed XL Nasturtium edible leaves to garnish and decorate savoury dishes. Use the larger edible leaves on sharing platters. Nasturtiums XL Pressed leaves work well in a variety of savoury preparations. Crush the leaves to mix for salt, giving the salt a unique peppery flavour that makes for a perfect finishing salt. Even use this flavouring to make a spicy vinaigrette. In a decorative sense use these XL edible leaves as a tin liner for homemade Quiche for a unique spin on your buffet. Alternatively add XL nasturtium leaves to cakes for a natural decoration arrangement along side other edible leaves and flowers. Be aware these are large leaves, so if using for decoration make sure you have a big enough space for these XL edible leaves.

Taste: Pressed Nasturtium XL leaf is a member of the Cabbage family and resembles a lily pad. The pressed leaf has a milder flavour than the fresh leaf, which is initially sweet tasting. The flavour slowly turns mildly spicy.
