Red Pac Choi micro cress is also known as Red Bok Choy. Best used a fresh edible garnish. For example, it can be sprinkled on soups, cream cheeses and crackers, or even on meat and cheese grazing boards. This microgreen is often used in Asian cuisine, where it’s considered to be an all purpose micro herb. Why not try decorating sushi platters, rice sides, curries and fish soups with Micro Red Pac Choi. Adding vibrant colour to plates, it’s ideal for grilled, sautéed or roasted vegetables and meats. Micro Red Pak Choi compliments ingredients such as bell peppers, cucumber, celery, and mushrooms. As well as meats including pork, poultry, and fish. Not to mention aromatics like ginger and garlic.

Taste: Red Pac Choi micro cress is a Chinese mustard micro herb. It has dark red leaves, which are a pleasantly green on the underside. The leaves are crunchy and have a predominant mustard flavour. Although, this is only lightly peppery, and is complimented by a cabbage-like flavour.
