Dried Rose Buds can be used as a garnish or flavouring for a variety of dishes and drinks. Most commonly, edible Rose Buds are used as sweet garnishes. The edible flowers can be used whole, pushed into buttercream cakes. As well as larger celebration cakes, the flowers can also be used as cocktail garnishes. The buds can be floated atop jugs of summer punch or festive cocktails. The petals can also be used on their own. For example, the petals can be picked off the flowers individually and floated on drinks or pressed into brownie slabs. Along with cupcakes, drinks and desserts, our Rose edible flowers can also be used to flavour jams and syrups or freeze them to make ice cubes. When freezing edible Rose Buds into ice cubes, be sure to add and freeze the water in stages, to avoid the flowers floating to the top.

Taste: Rose Bud edible flowers have a mild flavour and perfume aroma. The Roses are available in a variety of colours, including yellow, pink and red buds. The scent and flavour of the flowers is limited, with sweet undertones.
