Fresh Sage micro cress is best suited as a flavourful fresh garnish. This strong and aromatic microgreen pairs particularly well with poultry. Enhance chicken, duck, turkey and quail dishes with a sprinkling of Sage micro cress. If you prefer a vegetarian dish, this micro herb pairs nicely with soft cheeses such as feta, brie and camembert. Both the bunched fresh herb and micro cress is available on our shop, you can use Sage cress to decorate dishes already flavoured with the mature plant. This green has always been a favourite to use in culinary preparations, especially over the Christmas period.

Taste: Sage micro cress produces very small leaves, reminiscent of the mature bunched herb. Just like the herb, the micro cress offers bold flavours and strong aromatics. The greens have a crisp, succulent and tender texture. This micro cress offers a pungent, musky aroma with undertones of pine with an intense earthy flavour.
