For the avoidance of doubt, items ordered after 12pm on Thursday will be collected on Monday and delivered as per your chosen delivery method. Orders placed with Royal Mail will be despatched the next working day.

For taste and decoration our Shiso herb powder can be combined with rice vinegar or other acids to make a purple liquid. In addition, traditionally this purple ground powder is used over rice or pickled baby vegetables. Our dusting powder range has the appeal of adding both flavour and a bit of colour to many dishes including sashimi and tempura. Furthermore, this edible ground powder has little to no limitations. Our range of dusting powders is the perfect ingredient to add something unique to your culinary experience. Use powered Shiso in replacement of any recipes where the fresh mature herb is used. For example, if you’re out of fresh Shiso Leaves your recipe asks for, just use the powdered herb in its place. Available all year round, our dusting powders have a shelf life of 6 months.
