Just like Red, Greek and Green Micro Basil, this microgreen is best used as a raw edible garnish or at the end of the cooking process, to prevent wilting. Thai Basil micro cress can be used to infuse flavour into broths, soups and Thai green curries. Not only does this microgreen work in savoury and Thai dishes, Micro Thai Basil can also be used in a variety of beverages such as cocktails and mocktails. For example, the whole leaf clusters will add an aromatic garnish to an ice cold lemonade drink. In addition to savoury dishes and drinks, this micro herb can also be used in sweet applications. Try adding Micro Thai Basil to fruit salads or desserts made with tropical fruits like mango.

Taste: Thai Basil micro cress has distinctly different leaves compared to Green Basil micro cress, its leaves are longer with a pointed edge. The tender and pale green leaves are crisp and juicy, with strong flavours. They are aromatic and delicately sweet, with a spicy and peppery anise flavour.
