Cavalo Nero micro cress is also known as Black Kale or Tuscan Kale. You can eat this Micro Cava Nero in a variety of ways. This microgreen is best used raw as an edible garnish, our range of Micro Herbs create texture and visual appeal to dishes. In addition, toss through a variety of green, grain and caesar salads. If you choose to add this microgreen to your cooking, be sure to add at the end as this will prevent the edible cress from wilting. Its flavour profile compliments a host of dishes, from pasta to soups and casseroles to stir fries. Furthermore, pair this Micro Cavalo Nero with ingredients such as garlic, sesame, ginger and meats like pork.
