Helichrysum dried edible flowers are also known as Everlasting flowers or Strawflowers. Often used for their colour and beauty, these dried edible flowers can be pressed into buttercreams/icings or used in drinks and pitchers. These dried flowers hold their colour (hence the name Everlasting) and are a beautiful addition to cakes and culinary creations. Dried Everlasting flavours aren’t as pungent as their fresh counterpart, however they’re known for their strong aroma and the dried flowers hold a subtle, sweet, liquorice flavour.

Taste: Dried Everlasting Flowers hold a bitter-sweet flavour and have a liquorice aroma. They can often be spicy but the sweet undertones make it a popular herbal tea.
