Greek micro cress can be used as a garnish or as an ingredient in cold summer dishes. For example, it can be used in summer salads, wraps and sandwiches. In addition, Garden Cress can even be added to smoothies for extra nutritional value and a kick of flavour! Micro Greek Cress has been found to gain an extra flavouring of spice when exposed to heat. Try tossing Micro Greek Cress through a cooked stir fry at the end of the cooking process, for an added mustard punch. Micro Garden Cress can also be added as a garnish on savoury canapés, starters and mains.

Taste: Greek Cress is a variety of garden cress with thin edible leaves. It possesses a sweet and nutty flavour, which gives a slightly spicy kick and a lingering peppery taste. It also presents the same pungent spice as Baby Watercress. This aroma is refreshing and peppery. Although, the peppery flavour of the micro Herb only lasts a few seconds, making it a very enjoyable ingredient.
