Lemon Sorrel micro cress adds a tart acidity to a range of dishes. Micro Lemon Sorrel can be used as a garnish on sweet and savoury courses. Its fresh and tart flavours make it a great palette cleanser on desserts such as sorbets and ice creams. It can also be used to garnish fruity desserts and platters, as well as cherry dishes and jellies. Due to its lemon nature, this micro cress can even be baked into sweet dishes. If you’re using Micro Lemon Sorrel as a savoury garnish, it best compliments ingredients including hard aged cheeses, creams, eggs, fish, potatoes, onions and mustard. As well as herbs such as Parsley, Tarragon, Mint and Chervil. When using this micro herb in your culinary creations, add it at the end of your cooking, as it will most likely wilt in the heat.

Taste: Lemon Sorrel micro cress leaves are smooth and elongated, with a vibrant green colouring. They have a distinct sour and sharp note, with a strong and pleasant lemony tang.
