Lemon Verbena is an incredibly versatile herb, appropriate for both sweet and savoury dishes. Pressed Lemon Verbena edible leaves can be used in drinks, on cakes, desserts and biscuits. Use Pressed Lemon Verbena to flavour jellies, jams, fruit glazes, crème brule, ice cream, sodas and teas. Complimentary flavours include anise hyssop, basil, lemon grass, lavender, mint and thyme. You could even make flavoured sugar, crush the herb to infuse the sugar with their flavour and scent. The sugar can then be added to any recipe.
