Lemon Verbena dusting powder is incredibly versatile and is appropriate for both sweet and savoury dishes. Using ground Verbena powder brings a milder flavour to a variety dishes. For example, the flavouring is more powerful than the pressed verbena edible leaves. Lemon Verbena herb powder can be used in drinks, butters, cakes, desserts and biscuits. Ground Verbena powder can even be used in herbal syrups as its mature fresh edible leaves are used in many herbal recipes. For cakes and bakes, be sure to add the dusting powder before the cake is ready to set. Furthermore, this will make sure your bake has the lemon flavour and aroma it needs.

Taste: Lemon Verbena dusting powder has a sweet lemon aroma and flavour, with a much stronger lemon flavouring then our other lemon scented herbs. Available all year round, our dusting powders have a shelf life of 6 months.
