Lovage Herb Oil has a bold, savoury flavour with notes of celery leaf, parsley, citrus and pepper. It pairs well with soups, stews, potatoes, roasted vegetables, fish, seafood, chicken, lamb, pasta, risotto and salads.

A few drops go a long way, so use sparingly and season to taste. Drizzle over finished dishes or use as the base for a punchy vinaigrette with vinegar, lemon juice and mustard.

This product contains just Lovage and Norfolk grown rapeseed oil, refrigerate after opening and consume within 14 days after opening

Taste: Lovage Herb Oil has a very strong aroma and flavour. The taste of this herb is reminiscent of celery with some herbaceous nuances. Its flavourings are strong so use as a light drizzle over dishes with pasta or baby veg.
