Lovage herb oil is used to enhance flavours of celery into a variety of recipes, such as soups or stews. To complement soups or stews, why not try adding a few drops of the herb oil to your bread mix to create the perfect dipping tool and side pairing for soups. Furthermore, a few drops of our Lovage infused oil can be added to salads as a flavourful green. In addition, add Lovage oil to simple syrups for ‘celery soda’ or a lovage-infused sparkling beverage.

Taste: Lovage Herb Oil has a very strong aroma and flavour. The taste of this herb is reminiscent of celery with some herbaceous nuances. Its flavourings are strong so use as a light drizzle over dishes with pasta or baby veg.
