Pineapple Sage Pressed edible leaves can be used on a multitude of sweet treats, drinks, larger bakes and desserts. These fruity pressed edible leaves can be steeped for teas to create a floral warm beverage. Pressed Pineapple Sage edible leaves are often layered in sugar and infused for about a week to make a Pineapple Sage herbal sugar. These pressed edible leaves are added to many dishes and drinks such as smoothies, salsa, fritters, ginger chicken and cakes. For decorative use, our pressed edible leaf range works well on cakes as an edible cake decoration.

Taste: Pressed Pineapple Sage is true to its name as its aromatics and flavours reflect both the aroma of pineapple and the savouries of sage. Although, the pressed version of this edible leaf is much milder in aroma and taste than its fresh counterpart.
