Salty Fingers are the cousin to the popular Salicornia (Samphire) and Sea Asparagus, but they are juicer and more salty in flavour. This Sea Vegetable is mostly found growing along the coasts of America and Asia. Their crunchy texture and juicy interior make them the perfect addition to seafood dishes. Salty Fingers make for an exciting complement to the taste experience. Koppert Cress notes that these green fingers surprise the taste buds and makes a good combination with meat or mushrooms. In addition, it’s a great choice with pescatarian dishes.
