Baby Courgettes have a mild taste and tender texture, so they can be used for both raw and cooked culinary preparations. Add raw slices to salads and vegetable dips or use as a substitute for pasta dishes to make courgetti spaghetti. Serve as an appetiser or as canapés, alongside cream and cheese based dips. Baby Courgettes peppery flavour pairs well with other summer vegetables, such as tomatoes, aubergines, garlic and peppers. Use fresh bunched herbs including, basil, oregano and parsley with olive oil to complement the flavouring. Baby Courgettes can be boiled, steamed, sautéed or roasted. However cooking the Courgette will mellow the flavour as well as the colour of this baby vegetable.

Taste: Baby Courgettes has a crisp texture and a peppery flavour with grassy notes. For maximum flavour and texture we recommend to using our Baby Vegetables within 5 days as this particular variety of squash is delicately flavoured and perishable.
