The strong flavours of Mexican Tarragon make it a great garnish for a huge range of dishes. Although, it can be used as a garnish for more than just main courses, starters, and canapes. Rather, Mexican Tarragon can be used to decorate drinks too. For example, this little microgreen is a popular garnish for cocktails. Try decorating a Tarragon lemonade, a frozen cocktail, or a Tarragon and tequila drink with this leafy and flavourful micro herb. If using Mexican Tarragon for savoury dishes, it goes particularly well with meats, fish, and mustard. As well as stews, soups, and broths. And, more traditionally, it works well as a garnish for chicken and pasta dishes. As well as with creamy sauces. It will also compliment any dishes using the mature Tarragon bunched herb as the flavouring.

Taste: Mexican Tarragon micro cress is part of the Marigold family. Tarragon has a unique taste. It offers both a sweetness and a bitterness. Although, the taste of this micro herb will give you a hint of vanilla and a strong anise flavour.
