Mint micro cress is used as a culinary garnish for sweet and savoury preparations. To prevent wilting, Mentha cress tends to be added at the final stages, to dress a dish. In addition, Mint cress can be used to decorate sweet dishes including cakes, tarts, ice cream, chocolate, fruit salads, panna cottas, citrus and berry desserts. The microgreens can also be sprinkled on cocktail, lemonades or set into ice cubes. For use as a savoury garnish, micro Mint cress pairs well with cucumber, seafood, tomatoes and salads, as well as other herbs including Basil and Lemon Balm. If you’re looking to use a micro green for a certain cuisine, Mentha is popular in Turkish, Indian, Vietnamese and Greek cooking.

Taste: Micro Mint is succulent and tender. It's clean and fresh with strong aromatic menthol aromas. The fresh flavour of the Mentha micro herb is subtly sweet and herbaceous. The cooling aftertaste of this microgreen is found within the leaves.
