Dill herb oil can be used as a dressing or garnish for your dishes, although, there are no limits when it comes to using herb oil. Use in cream or wine-based sauces and pair with foods such as yogurt, cucumbers, lentils, tomatoes, dried fruit, seafood, poultry and noodles. Furthermore, Dill infused oil is a key ingredient in homemade dressings, such as ranch. This herb has a strong, distinct flavour that can overwhelm other flavours, so we suggest to use it sparingly in your dishes to avoid overpowering the other herbs and flavours. Due to its unique and strong taste, a little goes along way with this herb oil. Moreover, even just a few drops of this herb oil will add a noticeable aroma to your dish and make for a fantastic garnish. Considering dill has notes of parsley, celery and lemon, we suggest using the herb oil within sauces for your dishes to create a distinct fresh flavouring.
