Lemon Verbena herb oil is appropriate for both sweet and savoury dishes. The lemon infused oil can be used in pestos, vinaigrettes and salads to add a touch of lemon freshness. Use Lemon Verbena herb oil to flavour jellies, jams, fruit glazes, crème brûlée, ice cream, sodas and teas. Complement the robust lemon taste with ingredients such as basil, lemon grass, lavender, mint and thyme. Lemon Verbena pairs well with citrus fruits and berries so try mixing some into yoghurt, drizzle over desserts or use some in your cheesecake to give it a sweet and zesty tang.
