Wild Garlic herb oil is the perfect dressing for salads, pastas, bread and potato dishes. It’s very strong in taste and aroma so a little goes a long way with this herb oil, use sparingly to give dishes a taste of garlic and onion. Not only is this herb oil strong in flavour, it’s strong in colour! This herb oil will brighten up all your dishes with its vibrant green hues. Try using the oil in pizza dough, to create a unique garlic flavouring. Alternatively drizzle some herb oil over steak dishes, fish dishes or a finished plate for presentation.
