Thai Culantro, also known as Thai Parsley and Stinking has an intensely herbal, citrusy and grassy flavour. Thai Parsley is well suited for both fresh and lightly cooked culinary preparations. The leaves hold up to heat and are generally added at the end of cooking, as the heat often lessens the flavour. Traditionally Thai Culantro is sliced and stirred into curries, stir fries and stews. Specialty Produce notes that in Thailand, the leaves are used for adding refreshing tones to hot and sour fish soups. In addition, they can be blended into marinades, sauces and chutneys. Thai Parsley pairs well with meats such as poultry, beef, pork and turkey. As well as seafood such as fish, shrimp and scallops.

Taste: Thai Culantro has a flavour that is strong and pungent, adding a great taste to a variety of savoury dishes. Thai Parsley taste is robust and vegetal with a bitter, citrus and peppery undernotes. When compared to Cilantro, both herbs share a similar taste, but Thai Stinking has a much more hardy and robust taste.
