Chervil herb oil can be added to sauces, dressings and garnishes. Add this oil to your dishes if you’re wanting to warm the palate with this sensory herb. This herb oil works best as a dressing, especially over potato salads as Chervil pairs well with potatoes and salads. In addition, due to its likeness to Parsley oil, Chervil herb oil works well when used in combination with other herbs as it won’t overpower your dishes or creations. Chervil herb oil complements fish, eggs, asparagus and potatoes. Not only will this herb oil bring flavour to your dish but it will add a vibrant green colour to flatter your creations. Additionally, you could use this herb oil within soups due to its compatibility with the herbs.

Taste: Chervil herb oil flavours can be described as a cross between Parsley and Tarragon. Its flavours and aromas are that of anise and Parsley.
