Tarragon herb oil pairs well with egg dishes, poultry, and soups. Tarragon can also be used to flavour vinegars and soft drinks. Due to its anise aroma and flavour, this oil works well when mixed with gin for a sophisticated cocktail. This herb oil can be incorporated into salad dressings and sauces as well as drizzled over chicken and potato salads. Tarragon oil can be added into green and grain salads and used as a garnish.
