Mint infused herb oil is commonly used for both sweet and savoury dishes. Blend into cocktails, yogurt, whipped creams and sorbet. As you’ll have seen before in your mojitos, make unique cocktails by adding a few drops to your drink or try adding a few drops of oil to ice cubes, this will intensify the flavour of the drink when the ice cubes start to melt. Use as an aromatic garnish on food and beverages. Its flavour pairs well with citrus and chocolate so decorate and drizzle your desserts with some herb oil. However, this versatile herb oil also pairs well with savoury dishes such as peas, zucchini, fresh beans, vegetables, cold soups and salads.

Taste: Mint herb oil gives a fresh clean scent and a strong mint flavour with sweet overtones. It gives a cool undertone to the dishes it's added to. Our mint herb oil has a much more impactful flavour than their dried counterpart.
